Orders & deliveries
Yes. We deliver to Biarritz, Anglet, Bayonne and their surrounding areas. Orders placed before 2 PM are delivered on the same day (express delivery within 2 hours subject to availability). For orders placed after 2 PM, delivery takes place the following day.
We deliver to Biarritz, Anglet and Bayonne for €8.50. Do you live in a neighbouring town or would you like your order delivered elsewhere? Call us directly at the store, we'll be happy to inform you about the applicable rates.
We only deliver to the Basque Country and the South of the Landes region, to guarantee that your bouquets are delivered as fresh as possible. If you have any doubts about your municipality, call us — we will do our best to help you!
Yes. When paying, you can select your desired date. For a specific slot (morning / afternoon / specific time), please specify this in the comment box or contact us directly.
Our courier always tries to reach the recipient by phone before making a delivery. If the recipient is absent, the bouquet may be left with a neighbour, in a safe place, or a new delivery attempt will be arranged (additional charges may apply). As flowers are perishable, we cannot guarantee their freshness if there is a delay due to the recipient.
Yes. You can collect your order at 12, avenue de Verdun, 64200 Biarritz. Click & Collect is available the same day for any order placed before 2 p.m.
Bouquets and Collections
We've designed several collections to suit all tastes and occasions. Signature is our core range – bouquets that reflect our style, available year-round and crafted with the same care as always. Monochrome opts for simplicity: a single color palette, subtly varied for a graphic and elegant result. Roses celebrates the most iconic flower, showcased in all its diversity of varieties and shades. Drop is our current creation – a unique bouquet, conceived according to arrivals and seasons, available for a limited time. Grab it before it's gone! And for those who wish to receive flowers regularly, our Bloom 1, Bloom 2, and Bloom 3 subscriptions are gift boxes designed to treat yourself or your loved ones, chosen according to the frequency and budget that suit you best.
Our bouquets come in four sizes: S (€39), M (€59), L (€79), and XL (€99). Each size corresponds to a different quantity and volume.
The visuals are representative of the spirit, volume, and color palette of each creation. However, as flowers are a natural and seasonal product, the exact composition may vary depending on availability. We always guarantee the chromatic harmony and quality of the bouquet.
Yes. Our founder Claire composes upon request, based on your desires, a color, a theme, or a budget. Contact us by phone, email, or WhatsApp to discuss your project.
Yes. A personalized message card is included with every bouquet. You can enter your message directly when placing your order.
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the bouquet. We will review each case and offer you a solution: replacement, partial refund, or commercial gesture depending on the situation.
Flower subscriptions
The subscription allows you to receive a bouquet regularly (weekly, bi-monthly, or monthly). Each delivery is a unique creation, composed of the most beautiful seasonal flowers.
Yes. We offer subscriptions for hotels, restaurants, galleries, shops, and offices. Contact us via the Professional Services page for a customized quote.
Event planning and professional services
We recommend contacting us at least 2 months in advance for weddings and large events, and 2 weeks for smaller services. For urgent requests, please do not hesitate to call us: we review each request.
Since 2015, we have been supporting hotels, restaurants, art galleries, private concierge services, and luxury real estate agencies. We offer floral subscriptions, bespoke creations, and space decoration services.
Yes. Weddings, baptisms, birthdays, tributes, corporate events: we design each project tailor-made, in close dialogue with you. A personalized study and a quote are offered after an initial discussion.
Payment
A detailed order confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail. For a nominative invoice in the name of a company, please indicate this when ordering or contact us.
Yes. All transactions are encrypted and processed via Shopify Payments, which is PCI-DSS compliant. No banking data is stored on our servers.
We accept bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, as well as the main digital wallets available via Shopify Payments. In-store, cash payments are also accepted.
CONTACT & FEEDBACK
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, which is the case for fresh flowers. In the event of a problem (quality, delivery, error), contact us within 24 hours of receipt: we will always find a solution.
